The Desktop Support and Training Team specializes in onsite computer software and hardware support for your employees. We are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite's Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio; Corel WordPerfect Suite 2000; and other critical business applications.
We provide you with a web-based Help Desk to monitor the progress of your issue 24 hours per day. The beauty of our contract-based support services is our asset management and issue tracking service. We will assess and document every machine under our care. The computer hardware will be registered in our Help Desk system where every activity, whether it is a problem or a hardware upgrade is tracked and retained for future use. We are also able to manage warranty, manufacturer and vendor contact information. At a moments notice, you will see whether or not your system is within warranty, who to contact for warranty fulfillment and where to buy more of the same system.
